Customer Service Coach Plymouth, MN $20/hr Contract begins 9/9/2019 RESPONSIBILITIES: First point of contact for escalated issues, with resolution responsibilities by utilizing the appropriate resources Model behavior, attendance, and change acceptance Provides timely feedback, coaching, and encouragement to staff Plan, communicate, and delegate work assignments/special projects Receive inbound calls as needed in an overflow capacity REQUIRED SKILLS: High School Diploma/GED, Associate Degree preferred 1-3 years of previous coaching, lead or supervisor experience and 1-3 years working in a Contact Center environment Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to utilize strong verbal and written communication skills Experience mentoring junior staff utilizing exceptional interpersonal and team work skills Technical apptitude with competency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
